Our Process

We work side by side with our clients in learning and understanding their specific business and industry. Some clients may have non-business goals, such as non-profits, associations or schools. We evaluate your individual needs and provide a detail proposal with a total price. The proposal will outline the services that will be included in your web design package.

After we understand what the needs and goals are of the client we develop an outline of the site structure while the design team starts with the branding of the website.

From the time a client starts working with us, seeing the first draft usually happens within seven to ten days. A link to the draft web page will be emailed, where the draft can be viewed at anytime, throughout the design process. There are typically two more design revisions included in most web
design packages.

After the draft layout is approved as a final, and the branding of your homepage and sub pages are approved, we move on to the pages of the site; populating the pages. This can include adding text to pages, adding products to a database, or adding images to a photo gallery.

While we build each web site, a lot of other work is going on behind the scene. We research your competitor's web sites to see how you compare and what we can do to help you make your website stand out. We also determine keywords and other meta tags to help get indexed in the search engines.

After all sub pages have content and are complete, and the keywords are properly programmed, your web site will go live. We then submit the new web site to the major search engines including Google, Yahoo! and MSN.
